I ordered this product in hopes of finally finding a product to help my hair and scalp. I was not disappointed!! I received my order and was so excited to use it, but unfortunately the product was melted due to the excessive heat in Arizona. But I put the product in the refrigerator and lo and behold the product worked really well even if a little oddly shaped..lol. Love 💕, love 💕 these products!!

I did contact the company to let them know just as a courtesy. I also sent them pictures. They were beyond helpful trying to resolve the situation. I didn’t want a refund or anything like that just letting you know that they may look at how they ship the product out. Unfortunately, I don’t think they can control this ungodly heatwave!!

So, in closing, do yourself a huge favor and buy this product!!! Product is invaluable and the customer support is awesome!!!

I use Kit-sch rice shampoo and conditioner which I keep in the Kit-sch shower caddy. I love how the caddy keeps my bars clean and not stuck to a shelf. So, once I saw that they had a dish along the same idea, I thought it would be perfect for my face cleansing bars, which are not a Kit-sch product, beside my sink. I've had it for about five days now and love it! My bars are clean, dry, and no residue on my sink! Absolutely LOVE!
